My name is Charlie Dixon-Phillip.
I'm an artist first — a storyteller, filmmaker, designer and content creator who grew up making animations and turning whatever was around me into something creative. Over the last decade, that instinct has evolved into a career spanning content, marketing, campaigns and, more recently, sales.
I've worked across multi-channel campaigns for nine colleges and universities, produced content that premiered on BBC and ITV, shot e-commerce campaigns that scaled into European television, and built a freelance creative business from the ground up. Recent sales experience has given me the full end-to-end insight: idea, campaign, conversion.
I'm interested in the space where art, technology and business overlap.
AI is changing the creative industry, and I don't see that as something to run from. I'm actively learning how these tools work and, more importantly, how they can become part of my creative process — helping me move faster, experiment more, and make work that would have been impossible for one person a few years ago.
I want to use every tool available to make better, stranger, bigger and more effective creative work.
